Individual: 100 Miles. Challenge yourself to Run, Walk, or Ride your way to 100 miles by May 15th. Everyone who completes this challenge will receive a Westfield Rocks Fitness certificate! All Westfield Washington Schools elementary, intermediate, and middle School students who complete this challenge will be entered to win a $250 gift certificate from Westfield Cyclesports.
Family: 500 Miles. Challenge your family to Run, Walk, or Ride your way to 500 miles by May 15th. Each family who completes this challenge will receive a Westfield Rocks Fitness certificate, and will be entered to win a $500 gift certificate from Westfield Cyclesports.
Please download or print our fillable PDF to track your daily progress. You will need to submit this form to [email protected] on or before May 15th, by 9pm. To be eligible for the gift certificates, please be sure to track all of your workouts through Strava (basic version is free for Apple and Android devices. It will also accept uploads from most other fitness watches and applications), and share it on social media using the hashtag #WestfieldRocksFitness. For little ones, or those without phones, you can simply use a calendar at home to add their miles to yours.
Be creative! The world around us is changing everyday which is what makes this a challenge. Get out the old treadmill, stationary bike, or a step counter and record progress from your home, yard, street, neighborhood, or trails around the city.
